Measurement Submittal Form

Make sure to keep the submittal form open when you are putting measurements in.
Do not close the measurement form, all info will be lost.

Sometimes you will have to click the "Proceed" button twice to
continue with the animation if you are using Internet Explorer.

Also you can print out a measurement form to submit by mail if you like.
