If our products do not meet with the buyer's satisfaction, kindly contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly arrange to have the product repaired and/or replaced and then returned to the customer at no additional cost to the customer.
MacIsaac Kiltmakers will ship orders worldwide. All orders are dispatched using regular postal service unless otherwise requested. All goods are insured for the full value of the shipment.
Shipping charges are determined after your order is placed. This is based on weight and destination. We will contact you within 48 hours after purchasing to confirm your total invoice amount, including shipping and exchange rate and send you a revised invoice.
