Payment Options

We accept payment by cheque, money order, Visa and MasterCard. If paying by cheque or money order, you may still place your order though our secure online store and simply choose 'cheque' when asked for your method of payment. Print the completed order form and mail it to us with your cheque or money order.

Return Policy

If our products do not meet with the buyer's satisfaction, kindly contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly arrange to have the product repaired and/or replaced and then returned to the customer at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping Rates

MacIsaac Kiltmakers will ship orders worldwide. All orders are dispatched using regular postal service unless otherwise requested. All goods are insured for the full value of the shipment.

Shipping charges are determined after your order is placed. This is based on weight and destination. We will contact you within 48 hours after purchasing to confirm your total invoice amount, including shipping and exchange rate and send you a revised invoice.

CUSTOMERS: please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any duty that is levied on your parcels by your Custom Agency.

Currency Conversion

All prices listed at MacIsaac Kiltmakers are in Canadian dollars. Visa or Mastercard will automatically convert your Canadian dollar purchase to your own currency on your credit card statement. If you wish to know the approximate exchange rate in your own currency, please visit the Universal Currency Converter site. We will confirm your total purchase cost, including the exchange rate within 48 hours of your purchase.
